Kent E. Vanden Oever
Mr. Kent E. Vanden Oever has 21 years of consulting experience. He has worked for dozens of airports throughout the U.S., Asia, South America, and the Caribbean, providing concession, revenue development, financial, and economic consulting services.  His concession consulting experience includes retail and food service consulting for airports at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta, San Diego International, Fresno Yosemite International, T.F. Green Airport (Providence, RI), Ted Stevens Anchorage International, Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International, Washington Dulles International, LaGuardia, Atlantic City International, Portland (ME) International, and John F. Kennedy International, among others.

Before joining AirProjects in 2008, Kent was the Manager of Airport Business Services for the HNTB Corporation, where he directed the firm’s financial, concessions, and economics practices for nine years.   Prior to that engagement, he spent over ten years with PB Aviation as a project manager for concessions and facility planning projects. 

Kent is a frequent contributor to industry publications, has been a featured speaker at nearly a dozen industry conferences, and currently serves as a representative to the steering committee for Airports Council International – North America’s Commercial Management Committee.  He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Miami University, and an MBA specializing in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati.
