Spokane International Airport sought the expertise of AirProjects to prepare a new concession master plan for the Airport, including all retail, food service, and consumer services.  Responsibilities included analyzing the existing program facilities, local and industry market research, developing a concession master plan and tenant leasing plan, packaging the retail and food service opportunities, writing leases and RFPs, and evaluating concessionaire proposals.  AirProjects also reviewed the unit designs submitted by the new food service and retail tenants for consistency with their proposals, layout, signage, and ability to attract customers.
