AirProjects analyzed the demand for new food service facilities on the Bayview Campus of Johns Hopkins University. The food service facilities were being built in the new $250 million, 563,000 square foot Biomedical Research Center to house the National Institute on Aging (NIA) and the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA). AirProjects conducted a review and analysis of the existing food service facilities on the campus, including a productivity analysis. AirProjects also conducted local and campus market research, and performed a demand analysis to project the future demand for food service. Finally, AirProjects recommended a future strategy for development.
