AirProjects is leading the retail and food service planning effort for JetBlue’s new Terminal 5 at John F. Kennedy International Airport.  This terminal will serve as JetBlue’s signature building and operations headquarters.  AirProjects conducted extensive market research on the local, national, and industry level, developed revenue projections, and prepared a detailed leasing plan for all retail and food service to be located in the terminal.  AirProjects is working with the design team to ensure that the retail, food service, and terminal designs are complementary, leading-edge, and supportive of the JetBlue corporate image.
