AirProjects worked with Gateway Church in the planning of their new church campus in Southlake, Texas.  The new facility will become Gateway Church’s base of operations in Texas and will ultimately serve approximately 16 thousand members.  AirProjects developed a concession plan in conjunction with Gateway Church management and their designers that  determined specific retail and food service unit locations and sizes, concepts, sales projections, and servicing requirements.  This plan was based on information collected and analyzed throughout the project, including user locations, information from other churches, existing concession performance, management interviews, market research, and physical opportunities.
